Our MISSION
Feeding more than bellies, reaching hearts and souls through the love of Christ. In collaboration with family resource and youth service coordinators and our community, Soul Food aims to share the love of Christ and feed children in Eastern Kentucky who would otherwise go hungry on the weekends.
LATEST NEWS
Soul Food was awarded $5,000 for their school backpack food program. The program is 100 percent volunteer-led and incurs no administrative costs. Volunteers are responsible for ordering food, picking up food, packing food, and delivering food to the Family Resource Departments at Floyd County schools.

"Soul Food is a wonderful charity that helps make sure that students in our schools have meals for the weekends. We are in a high poverty area and many times our students may go hungry on days when there is no school in session.They do a great job of getting volunteers to get the food, package it and deliver it to our schools.
